It sounds like this is something that you do not want. If that is the case, then the answer is simple. You simply refuse. Period. End of story.
The different but related question is should you run from him. That I cannot answer, as it is up to you to decide if you would like to continue your relationship with him. You determine if his actions warrant a break-up.
In truth, I wouldn't be surprised if he decides to split up from you if his desires and fantasies are not going to be fulfilled by you. That is his prerogative as well. Some people have fantasies like that, and as long as everyone involved is OK with them, they in themselves are not a bad thing. Since you would not consent, he simply may go elsewhere.
However, it is entirely likely that the two of you can keep your relationship. It always boils down to what you seek in another person. Perhaps the two of you got to the point that he felt that he could tell you his fantasies. If his fantasy is more important to him than you, the relationship will perish. But if he wishes to be with you and can put aside his urges, then the relationship has hope.

Then I'd say you two are on divergent paths
He will not rest until he experiences those things which he has obviously thought about for a long time.

That kind of life style isn't for everyone. I believe that if he has interest in this kind of sexual pleasures he will not rest until he gets a taste of them. Talk to him and let him know you aren't comfortable with it. If he still insists you partake then I think its time for you to run like hell.
Never do something you aren't comfortable doing. Chances are if you do try and don't like it there will be no going back for him either.

Introducing a relationship to polygamy is fraught with problems including trust, self esteem, etc. You risk eroding the fundamental principles of the relationship itself. Some people can make an open lifestyle work for their relationship. However, both people have to be brought into it strongly and both people have to be secure in their love, trust and sexuality. With her wanting to have it with her mother is just immoral and sick!!!!
