This is stricly my opinion, but I think you should just let your dad do his thing. If the girl he liked was UNDERAGE then I could see where there would be a problem. The age difference is quite huge I understand and it may be hard for you to think of your dad being attracted to someone so young. Chances are she will be either repulsed by the thought, or flattered and it probably won't go anywhere. If by chance it does......... she is after all an adult and it is her decision no matter how strange or creepy it feels to others.

If he's typically not like that and acting weird lately, it could be signs of Dementia setting in. Sometimes older people start "losing it" and doing uncharacteristic things or acting inappropriately. I have witnessed this myself when doing a clinical in a nursing home. It's really sad. If he's not experiencing odd behaviors otherwise, I'd say he's being a perv! If you see him acting out weird things, like window peeping, or following that young woman around, I'd notify your relatives immediately. He may need a thorough examination by his physician to rule out any neurological issues. Imagine yourself in that young woman's position, would you want some old coot hitting on you? Doubt it! If it is really worrisome, you might have to let the woman know to be on the look out that he's "enchanted" with her. I hope she keeps her doors locked til you get to the bottom of his issues.

I know a guy in his late 60s who's getting a divorce from his cute little 24 year-old wife (his fourth). As long as he's still alive, he'll keep finding younger and younger women to spend time with.

I think its pretty sad that your father is having these kind of convesations with his kid...I wonder how old you are? Anyways, he sounds like kind of a perve, but in truth, most guys are pervs and the simple truth is women's bodies dont look better with age and men dont mysteriously stop losing interest in atractive bodies, irregardless of what their age is. That doesnt change my opinion that it is inappropriate for your father to be discussing this with you.

Ur father is too much old and experienced so he can think better than u abt his decisions and after all he has his own life so release this matter from ur mind and wht ever he want to do leave him independent to do this.
