When you think a girl looks nice, what do you tell them?

Never compliment a women.
It gives them a sense of power. You want to be in control. You don't want to let them think they can manipulate you. It raises her self-esteem and will probably lessen your chance of getting laid.

If shes nice, I think your nice,cool,fun etc.
If shes beautiful, along the lines of that
No beating around the bush if the guy likes her

I try to mention a specific thing, like, "Damn girl your looking good today, what did you do to your hair." This way they know you noticed and are not just hitting on them, which really you are.
