Can I get a single parent roll call?

I personally am not a single parent but my husband went on a mini vacation for a few days and I was left to care for our 2 year old son myself. For the moment, I feel like a single parent. I am going in sane! How do you guys do it day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year?

Anyway, I just wanted to give all the single parents on Yahoo! Answers PROPS!

u live in the US and ur taking a trip to mexico.U can't contact ur friend by phone or letter.But u can contact him(her) by e-mail. I just met a great girl. She's 23, used to go to my university, still lives close by...she's great. After having dinner she gave me her Yahoo ID so I could IM her. While talking to her tonight I clicked on the link to see her Yahoo profile. I was surprised to see that her marital status was separated. I'm 21. I've been in only 3 serious relationships since high school. I guess my question is whether I should go any further with her. If she were to get divorced I would have no problem dating her. Would it be strange for her to date someone who hasn't had as much relationship experience? Also, I am a virgin. How do you guys think she may feel about that?

My son's father is upset I won't let my son come live with him. Don't misunderstand there is freedom to see him during Summer and long school breaks such as Christmas. Sadly this year I wasn't able to get my son to him because we now live in a different state. Its not like I am taking him away. I've tried many times to get him there for the summer. I love my son and its very important to me he is happy but he is also 12. I feel that going to live with his father is not such a good idea. His father is a good man but now just isn't the time. I'm I being over protective? OF COURSE! that is MY baby. His father has other children a wife and I adore her and the kids, but my concern is my own. They have totally different values and lacking some I have taught my son. I'm really afraid that all the work I've done with my son will be undone. Am I still being unfair by asking his father to wait and keep the orginal arrangement we had for now? (email me if you would like to help and more info)

Ok.... i posted this question a couple days ago and i recived really good feedback, but there was a little bit i was leaving ou of my story. I am turning 21 and i am having a big party. He feels like he should not have to go because i do not deserve it. 2 1/2 years ago i cheated on him, and the relationship has not been the same since. He has forgiven me and we have been together 5 years now. I thought the past should stay in the past, should we not focus on the future? The big question is should he go.

Are there any guys out there that are willing to give a 26 yr old mother of two a chance at friendship and maybe more? I would like to believe that I have a genuine personality that only a special someone can understand. I am a very open and honest person and do not have a problem with being honest and sincere.

I want someone who will judge me by personality and not by my looks. There is more to a person than what they look like and I think looks are just an added bonus. Any advice would be helpful.
