No way! Way too young, way too immature for that kind of relationship with someone else. I believe that someone should be a minimum of 16 before dating, and even then keep it light and not serious.

This is a really stupid question. Consider this, what would ever come of a 'thirteen year old' person having a relationship?
Where would you go? What would you do?
You aren't really even allowed out to go anywhere, so the word 'date' is kind of pointless.
I know most thirteen year olds date, but that's just because everyone else is doing it.
Conclusion: Dating at thirteen is not only completely POINTLESS, but it is STUPID and DUMB.
Arghhh!!! I wish I could explain this a bit better.
VICTORY is also very right. What is the point if you have to ask your parents to take you out?

i think it is cute but it is too young but know days 13 year olds have kids...listen to mom and dad.. it does happen.. wait till you are 15 old responsible enough to drive a car old enough to have a boyfriend or girlfriend..it hard but not worth the trouble to date anyways

yes, it's simple puppy love usually, and in some cases they will find their true love. I have a close friend who found her soul mate at the age of 11.
Very rare if you ask me, but it can happen I suppose. I think it's fine in most cases.

i like ur feelings but it was too early wait for sometime bcoz at that time u r grownups wait for minimum 4or 5 years than its ok

Honestly the question is are they mature enough. if they are mature enough i would say yes because there are plenty of teens who has no buisness dating due to them not being mature enough.
