Of course you can. Love knows no bounds. But if she is 14 and you 28, it is a no no. I think there must be a way to let her stay in India. Maybe on a yearly visa like they have in most British Commonwealth Countries.

If she is in India and the legal age there is achieved there should be no reason why you cannot marry. If she is and Indian resident she can stay in India if she wishes.
