i am 16 and i love the army, and i want to date somebody from there. never had bf, and have no desire really to date anyone else but army guys, what do i do until i am 18? how do i keep other guys away until then?

There are some typical reasons which do not seem to me as reasonable ones:

1. Love: Nowadays, love is just like a shadow-it is seen but unreal. People say, "God loves the world; I love you; let's make love;" and so on. We can hardly differ love, emotion, mere ambition, or even lust. It is said, "Love a big illusion".

2. Procreation: You don't have to get married to have babies, right? Well, many people say it is disgraceful to have a baby before marriage, but if having kids is the only purpose of marriage, you will get upset. Besides, our most of problems in the world were not caused by lack of quantity in human resources, but by lack of quality of them.

3. To find someone who helps us in the rest of our life: Basically, nobody will help you better than yourselves. Of course we need some help, but if we do not help orselves, nobody will help us.

4. To avoid sex before marriage: It is just like escaping form one crisis and running to another more severe crisis.

I broke up with my boyfriend in March. Well, it was a bad break up. I cought him cheating, lying, and everything. He was just a mess. It's been 3 months today when it happen. I can't get over the fact that it's over with him. He's moved on and about to become a new daddy again with his new girlfriend. I can't stop crying over the whole thing. Can anyone help me out? How can I let go?

Generally if we love someone then we expect the same amount of affection or love from that person. Sometimes the unexpected haapens & it creates problems.
So my question is "Is it fair to expect to be loved in the same way? And if this doesn't happen what should the person do?

I have met a girl and has been admiring her in the dark. I really do not know if she likes me but I really like her. I am pretty sure that she might have knew about it but I do not have the courage to express my feelings to her. My fear is that our friendship might be over. The last time I seen my mother was when I was 5yr old. I want to find my mom but it costs money to do so. and the other half im scared on what she would do if she did see me. How can I find her for free. I don't have the money to go looking for her. And I wonder if she has ever looked for me. I have a child and i want them to meet.

I work 2nd shift, the co-worker of the opposite sex works 1st shift. We chat at times when we pass, not just hi, hello, how you doing, more in depth. I don't know what to say, I guess I'm a little affraid. When we do talk it is good conversation, not stupid talk. She seems to listen, not just standing there to listen, or ever saying well i got to be going.The weekend is probably the only time we could hang out , because of our conflicts of shifts. She seems like she has a good shoulder on her head, from previous conversations. We have LOL at things said, in a joking maner. I don't even know if she has children, or even a boyfriend, or a place of her own. What do I do, or say next ? PLEASE HELP ! THANK YOU !

they have 2 kids together. There relationship has been rocky, different issues. She left him moved 2000 miles away took his kids without telling him. while she was gone he started dating a woman. he went to where my friend was and begged her back to be a family. after 1 1/2 yrs she came back and moved back into the family house with the kids. now he says that she is on punishment and that he is going to still see this other woman that he messed with when she was gone. he says to both me, his family and my friend that he don't give a sh!t about the other woman. I was walking through my office and saw a picture of him on a woman's desk, I kind of knew her but not real good. We talked and she says that they are real serious, i did not tell her who I was. she said that my friend is wrecking their relationship, I think she is the homewrecker becuase they have kids and she should step back and let them try to work it out. i have not told my friend that i know this woman.
