A girl named Susan always hangs around me and my BFF Emma. We used to like her but then we found out how deceitful, uncool and full of herself she was. She never tells us the truth how do we tell her we don't like her very much and don't wanna be her friend anymore? We want to tell her this without getting in trouble (she tells her mom EVERYTHING).

You can just gradually exclude her from your life, she will get the message.
Or you can sit her down and say...you lie too much and I really don't think we can contiue to hang out with each other. Then get up and leave.

I've had this happen, and trust me, if you tell her you don't care for her, then she will hate you forever, and since she is apparently a real jerk, she'll probably find some way to hurt you for it. I think you should just slack off the friendship..don't take her calls, don't answer her emails, don't ask her to hang out with you guys, and when she confronts you, just be vague, but never insulting. She'll eventually get the message, and if any time in the near future you like her again, the relationship won't be completely ruined.

her mom cant do anything to you. i assume you guys are in school, right? which means you are probably young kids. these things happen. dont worry about the girls mom doing anything, no one can get you in trouble for not liking the girl. just be honest and tell her the truth. dont let her keep thinking you and emma do like her or it will only get worse.

well in this situation you just have to be honest. And you can't too much care what her mother says. you have to worry about you not her or her mother. Just be truthful.

the best thing to do is say that you guys have different intrests and that you dont think you have a lot in commin so you think that you should just be aquantinsis.....but not to big
