Explain to him he does not need the distration of a girl friend in the short runand be suppotive of him in a platonic way. If he is innocent then consider going back to him. If he is convicted or has to cop a plea, dump his ***, it is very rare for sexual offenders of minors to be reformed

LEAVE. Seriously. Even if he is innocent, people will find out about it, and not everyone will believe that he is innocent. Imagine telling your mother that your man was arrested for sexual misconduct with a child? And if he is guilty, drop him like a hot potatoe, no matter how sorry he is. You deserve better than him.

Personally, I'd ask the arresting officer whats up. If he's guilty kick him to the curb asap and don't let him within 1000 feet of you.

Anyone that hurts a child, IMHO, doesn't deserve to be spit on if they're dying of thirst.

Certainly you can wait and see what the Court decides. All people are presummed innocent until proven guilty. But at the end of the day, you have to go with your gut instinct and it seems to me, if you have to ask, you probably know the answer.

Stick with your instincts. Be fully aware of him and what he is doing until he proves himself innocent. If you find out he is guilty, he has problems that will affect you, (they already have). Ask your self this question: Do you want to live with someone capable of hurting another innocent human being?

Do you think this is something he might have done? If you have any, even the slightest, doubts about his innocence you need to pack your bags and leave. If you know for a FACT that he didn't do it, stick it out with him.

I think I would leave him, especially if this sexual offense happened during the time you were dating!

I'd leave until he's been proven innocent, if he is at all. If he's guilty...well, then you know what to do. These guys should be put away.

If you stay with this guy and have kids with him or YOUR kids around him and it turns out that he really did those things to a child, what do you suppose he will do next???
