Would YOU eat cold dog food? Of course not. She's a mom, she thinks anything with meat in it needs to be cooked. Word-don't eat anything that gets warmed up in that microwave from now on, either. And I believe I would buy her an inexpensive pan to warm the dog food in if she really thinks it is necessary. Preferably one with a lid, to keep the stench in.

Probably because she feeds you and you like it warm or hot I am sure. So she is being considerate of the dog. I think its nice myself. So open a window and quit griping, she seems like a nice lady. Get a fan, spray some air deoderizer around.

I know how gross it is but sometimes my mom's dogs wouldn't eat unless she warmed it up......open windows to try to get the smell out

Dogs/cats don't like cold food.
I do it too. Get her to install an exhaust fan in the kitchen.

I love my dog too, But this is a bit excessive. The smell, yuk.

I do it for my dog.
He likes it better if it's warm rather than cold.
But, it doesn't stink my house up.
Are you sure it's dogfood in the microwave ?
