I like this guy and I think he might like me. I want to ask him to hang out sometime but I don't want to make it seem like I'm asking him out, just in case. I've played it through in my head, and what if he says, "What, like a date?" I do want it to be a date, but I don't know if he does too. Would I sound so amazingly lame, stupid, etc. if I said, "Only if you want it to be." Would that be a bad idea? The conversation is 99.99% likely to be on IM.

I am 26, I have a 17 month old daughter and I am very confused about my marriage. In the past I have caught my husband in lies. (About where he has been which is usually sneaking to drink with friends) This weekend when getting into his truck i found an adult movie called 100 couples sex positions hidden behind his seat. He completely freaked out and tried to snatch it from me. It was an instructional pornographic video. Could this signal that he is cheating. When I was pregnant I busted him pay per viewing porn on our satellite and then found DVD porn stashed around the house. I found the receipt to this videa and it was dated over a month ago. He is never home alone to watch it yet it was already unwrapped. Is he watching this with another woman??? Is this grounds for a divorce. His lack of communication with me and his constant lying is tearing me apart. He tried to convince me that he was going to surprise me with it to spice things up. I dont buy it!

If you meet a guy whom you might marry and he has a nice home and everything but his furniture is a little too mannish for you and he has something offensive hanging up (a deer head) how do you go about asking him to take it down or can you? I am very against hunting and a dead animal on the wll makes my blood boil and would upset my daughter greatly if we were to live in the house. It is a nice house and all but how do you go about making it a little more woman friendly and all? My furniture is more contempory and light colored where as the house seems to have a fish and boat theme which isn't to my like. If I was to get together with this guy how could I handle this situation? Having an attractive home is very important to me but I do want to be fair to the other person. It's just an early what if quesion.

My ex-wife (well its not final but its close) who found a friend and now is going out with him and have thir own company, as moved on in her life as I have. Im now with someone else and we too are trying to a company stared. Need less to say she fail to say that she has other means of income, but she did say that she only gets 300$ a month in the cort room. She has estated that she only care about the $$ that the kids show get (what she gets) is enough support for them. More like she is just needing the $$.
At anyrate I'm a responsibel father and love my kids what ever she dose with the money i could care less ($$ from my paychek). Now with the business thing that is different. I do want my kids to benifit from it. But I dont want her to live a good life.
So my question is, how can I restric what $$ she get if I have a business that is doing a avg. of 1500 $$ a month. She dose not help with expenses nor she cares what my expenses are. She care about the $$ what can do?

I have a friend that introduced me to a guy that she was hanging out with but made it clear there wasn't anything going to happen with him. So he asked me out and I talked to her about it before we went out and she said she had no problem with it. We went out and everything went great. Then he and I got together and cooked dinner at her house because I was keeping her animals. Once again she still had no problem. Then she comes home on Sunday only to bless me and him out for disrespecting her becasue we hung out at her house. To only make matters worse she drug another one of my close friends into the mess. So what do I do? I can't fix it and I really like the guy.

My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years and his ex wife is still in love with him and uses the kids and everything else to keep tabs on him. She is always showing up at his work or when he goes out with his friends. My brother in law, Tom is graduating and I want him to know how proud of him we are. Not only because he's joined the army but because he has gone from being quite a loser and throwing his life away to taking care of his wife and daughter. And he's got some self esteem and pride. We are so happy for him. It's a fabulous start. So what would you get him as a gift when he graduates? He's been gone now for 7 months. And will be going to Korea for one year without his family...

i have been in a relationship for over a year now. ive never been in love like this before. i, however, have a bad habbit. i would chat with strangers on the internet and sometimes exchange graphic photos. my partner found this and is of course upset. this strange, bad habbit is sick, I know. What can I do to regain the trust of my partner and prove that I do really love him?

On another note, 6 months ago, I found out that my partner is HIV+. I am negative, but this has been a strain on the relationship. I think I chat with strangers on the net as a form of mindless escape.

This must sound like the strangest question ever. I love my partner dearly, and I want to work things out with him. His trust in me, however, is ruined.

Should I just lay low for awhile? Let him cool down? Or take a more proactive approach? I have sacrificed so much for this relationship, and i dont want it to be ruined because of something as stupid as this.
