My ex-wife (well its not final but its close) who found a friend and now is going out with him and have thir own company, as moved on in her life as I have. Im now with someone else and we too are trying to a company stared. Need less to say she fail to say that she has other means of income, but she did say that she only gets 300$ a month in the cort room. She has estated that she only care about the $$ that the kids show get (what she gets) is enough support for them. More like she is just needing the $$.
At anyrate I'm a responsibel father and love my kids what ever she dose with the money i could care less ($$ from my paychek). Now with the business thing that is different. I do want my kids to benifit from it. But I dont want her to live a good life.
So my question is, how can I restric what $$ she get if I have a business that is doing a avg. of 1500 $$ a month. She dose not help with expenses nor she cares what my expenses are. She care about the $$ what can do?

Since your divorce is not finalised yet, everything with this new business, should be in someone else's name. Probably who ever your going into this business with, or your new girlfriends name, nothing in yours. Anything in your name, your ex will be entitled to half of. I wouldn't put any of your kids' names on it either at this point, or she'll still get half of it.

First of all, you should get the divorce finalized as soon as possible. If your current problem is a part of your final property settlement agreement, then I'd suggest that you wait with your business venture until after the divorce is final and not even mention it as a possibility.
She cannot lay claim on future earnings, unless you agree. Example: She can suggest that your support payments are always equal to x % of your earnings, regardless whether that's up or down. Even if you do not have such an agreement, she can, in the future, file a motion for adjustment if your and / or her living circumstances change significantly. While the divorce is ongoing, all she can do and all a court will approve is a settlement based on current earnings.

Start a savings account for the kids so the ex can't have your money.

A business attorney and an accountant can help you out with this.
