First she adopted me from my real mom to raise me as her brother, along with her mom and brother, who r all abroad now with a second brother and a sister. She remained here to not make me go into a foster home, and that's when she met her lazy husband and still live an unhappy life, because she gave up a chance for a better life all because of me, that's why i hate my existance on this world because i ruined a persons life and will always feel like i must give up my dreams for her.

I've been friends with a woman for about a year now. When we first met, there was a little sexual tension early on, but I never acted on it so I ended up in the dreaded Friend Zone. Now we are very close friends and we are comfortable enough around eachother to talk about anything. The only thing I don't talk with her about is a possible relationship between us. I'm afraid if I tell her how I feel then I'll be ruining the friendship and I will have lost both a good friend AND a potential lover. So for all the ladies reading this, is it possible to bring yourself out of the Friend Zone? Or should I just resign myself to being 'just friends' and move on?

Whenever I go out with my parents, to dinner, or some event...the days stress finally takes its toll. I can never tell anyone my true feelings about life and how I learn to cope with it day after day. They say I'm depressed and I always "ruin their meal".
I know I'm not depressed because whenever I'm out with my friends, I have a blast and I'm the star of the party. I don't have any disorder except for type I diabetes, which I learned to manage and control with the help of my dad. How can I make myself more enjoyable to my parents and not get them stressed out all the time?
Thanks.

This is it, my friend and I have been friends for 10 years. Next year we're going to the same university. This year was quite challenging for both of us. We both had tough times with friends, and boyfriends, on seperate terms. It was often the case where she would completly leave me out of her life, then when she needed me, she would wonder why I'm not as close to her. I always gave her space and had a good explanation for the way I was acting. But she never let up, and it could never be her fault. Well now I've had enough of always taking the blame. But now, I realise that as always she doesn't do anything about this, and Im left wondering how much i mean to her. WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I CARE ABOUT THIS? OR SHOULD I LEAVE IT TO HER AND STOP CARING MYSELF?

Im getting married at the end of 2007 and I have my 3 best girlfriends as my bridesmaids. I want to ask one of my male friends to be my bridesmate. He's been one of my best friends for ages and is a very gay young man, since I'll not be having a church oriented wedding anyway I have no worry of the church approving or not, What Im afraid of though is that he may be offended at the prospect of being put in a women's place or am I being overconcientous? Some people have told me just to have him stand in as one of my fiance's groomsmen but they've not met yet and I want him on my side. I've gotten mixed answers from our mutual friends as to what his reaction may be, can I get some opinions?

*note* I am aware that a huge number of people will have an issue at the prospect of a gay man in my wedding, please don't drop your opinion in if it is simply to condem my friend and I to hell. This is not meant to offend anybody, please offer the same respect to me.

We have been in a year long, successful (near PERFECT) relationship (hard work) for the past year and suddenly he has changed. I know that his job has been increasingly demanding, and I have tried to consider that, but I notice he is less and less sensitive and loving and I am getting more and more depressed about the likelihood of our success.
