I have now been in love with a good woman about a year. I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on how long to wait to pop the questions. When I do should I do it on Christmas Eve or should I do it another time? She has been hinting of having a diamond. Do women like the traditional kneel and ask or do you like the big surprise like on a foot ball screen at the stadium any sugestions?

Is it possible for a father to forfeit his rights to extended summer visitaion with his child by not exercising that right at the beginning of the alloted time (as outlined in the divorce decree). For example, if the father is allowed (by provision in the decree) the entire month of June with his child and he does not make any attempt to pick up the child or notify of his intent to pick up the child until June 15th - has he forfeited those rights? or has he just reduced the time he will have (i.e. he can't have a whole month from the day he picks up his child but he can have the remainder of the time allotted - 15 days)?

So I went on a date with a girl that I had a physical attraction with. Well the date went well, ending with two kisses. The next day we hung out again and there was another kiss. I'm really starting to like this girl, but other than those two times, we haven't done much else outside of work. I know that she likes me and I like her, but I am a bit inexperienced in this category. The problem is that this girl has led me on before and all of my friends are coming up with rumours and crap to make us both feel insecure about our blossoming relationship so that it won't happen again. I really want us to happen, but I really don't feel comfortable with all of this outside pressure. Also, I want some concrete feelings from this girl, since I'm a little unsure of what she thinks we are. What should I do?

i have been dating this guy for like, 8 or 9 months, and he is ABUSIVE. i know it's my own fault, but, dang! he can't seem to take a hint. he bullies me, and when i tell him to get lost, he birddogs me constantly until i take him back.by the way, he never hit me-he plays mind games and screams insults at me. he lives in another county, and i keep hoping i won't have to file charges, but it doesn't look like there is any hope. if i tell him to leave me alone, he insults me. if i tell him how angry he makes me and why, he whines and cries. if i return the abuse, he freaks out and buries me in i love u's and i'm sorries. and if i sweet talk him, he starts a different head game. how do i make it stop? i have been trying to run him off for months!

i have been married 25 years-since high school. My husband left me to be with a much older woman, she is married also. He has lived with her since i caught them 10 mos ago. Our kids love him and i still love him. He has at times seem like he wants to come home and work on us, and at times no.
No one has ever met her (family), wants no one to come out there, he does take care of us (hasnt missed a payment or abandon us) but lately hes very irritated, says dont keep asking when hes coming back home, he needs space, his cell phone got cut off, her house is being foreclosed on soon, he says everyone thinks hes living the great life over there, let him work on things, he has to get his self together, ect.
Do i just back all the way off, my feelings are starting to diminish after all this time. I have loved him thru all this and have put up with the pushaway and mixed signals. Why does he stay there and not just come back home to a family that loves him very much? What hold does she have/

I've been married 5 yrs. I am very attracted to my wife and she tells me she is attracted to me and she is always telling me how much she loves me and I am very happy about that part of our relationship. BUT she simply doesn't understand or even seem to care about how important sex and eroticism is to me. I've told her how I would LOVE it if she would initiate something out of the blue but it just never happens! I've thought about stepping outside my marriage but don't won't to do that. She just turned 2 and I think i have to potty train her now. But whenever she sits on a potty she would not pee. and she doesn't want to sit there too long. she can't speak a whole sentence yet and sometimes she can't understand what i'm saying. Help!

I'm not exactly talking about sex here, just dating. (And by dating I mean EVERYTHING except sex; kissing, oral, whatever as long as there is no penetration.) But if someone could tell me both, like with and without sex if it's legal or not. I don't see anything wrong with it, it's only 2 years and the boy is still in highschool. The legal age in my state is 16 so even if there was sex, wouldn't it still be legal? Could someone help.. please =/.

I just recently heard some news about my ex boyfriend from ten years ago. We are both newly single and so I found out were he worked cause my friend saw him there and he told her to tell me 'hi'. So I went up there and "accidentally" ran into him, so he says "Let me get a pen and I will give you my number" and I handed him a paper that I had already written my number on and he said he would call me. Then, he went up to my mom (at her work) and said "I talked to your daughter the other day and she gave me her number but I can't remember where I put it" so my mom gives him my number and then he never calls. Its been like two weeks now, whats up with that??????
I don't remember why we broke up. We were pretty young, now that we are older who knows? But do you think he would make a special trip to try and get my number again and then just decide he didn't wanna call me. I don't get it. Should I go back to his work or let it go?
