well... What do you expected? she is 14, that's up her age, but what do you mean with "physical intimacy"? If you men sex, seriously you should wait at least until she were 18, but what you mean is "touching" just try to make her feel more comfortable and be "smooth", but seriously keep your penis inside your pants.
