I have been with a guy for 2 years & when we met I was in a treatment facility completing a 2 yr. program for substance abuse.
I knew that he had some encounters with drugs in the past but he was living a clean life when I met him . After we moved in together he slowely started to drink which occasionally I had no problem with. Since we have been together he has gotten drunk on more than a few occasions getting angry from time to time. He now drinks every weekend not always getting drunk but getting buzzed most of the time. I get angry & resentful. I often wonder if I am overreacting. I suffer from depression / anxiety & lately I have felt worse due to strains on our realationship. He has a stable job & I only work part time right now because I have been taking care of his daughters for the summer while he works. I feel stressed. He doesnt think he is doing anything wrong by drinking since he holds down a job/ pays our bills. Disrespect to my sobriety or what?

There's this guy I've liked for a couple months now. We first met in person sometime in May, and I went to his house with my friend and her boyfriend. Later, he & my friend's boyfriend came over, drunk, and he kept saying how much he liked me. I thought it was just the booze talking, but the next day he called my friend to say how much he liked me. He had a girlfriend, but about a week after that happend, he broke up with her, rumor was for me. We started talking a lot on MSN and on the phone, and he was telling everyone how much he liked me, even his ex girlfriend. I told him I was going out of town for awhile, but I came home early.. And I find out he got a girlfriend from 3 states away, who he's never met. He tells everyone he still likes me, but I don't know. I try calling him but everytime I do, he always says, "Can I call you back? K bye babe" but he never calls back. Please help.. I really like him

I'm a 20 year old college student and I've never been in a relationship with a guy. I don't have any friends, and I'm pretty much a loner. People that are close to me tell me I made a choice, to be like that. It's been 3 years now since I've been pretty much a loner and a lone. ok well i like this girl and this other one..... and this other one............. My older brother is geting married to this girl next week saturday, I've tride to get along with her, but she seems to push me away. I've tride eveything, talking to her, inviting her to dinner, I even made her a cake in april for her birthday, but she seems to try and ignore me, but she only does this when no one is around, when shes with my brother she acts kider towards me. He lied and cheated and used me. I have forgiven him and the anger is gone. I still miss him from time to time... for like a week out of every month. It seems that the best way for me to forget the good and quit missing him is to remember the bad.

I really worry about other women he gets invloved with. I was hurt by him so badly, almost to the point of wanting to end it all. I hate to think of another girl he may hurt, actually carrying this out. I reported him on dontdatehimgirl.com. It was not out of revenge and I am not trying to hurt him. By doing this though it seems to have helped me remember what I went through with him instead of making him out to be everything I thought I ever needed because it is obvious that he is not. I just have to keep telling myself that.

By the way, I am exercising and taking care of myself. I am starting to go out a bit and I am getting back into my life. Like I said, it is only for a week or so out of the month that I miss him.

I became an auntie at 11 yrs old. I grew up with my nieces, almost like a sister. But now...it's hard to get them to respect me as their aunt. There's this guy that I like, and would like to date. I told him so but since he just got out of a bad relationship(about 3 weeks back)he said he's not ready to get into another one right now n needs some space and time. I said ok..i'd wait. After that I have been just a friend to him and been really nice and understanding with him. Today, I showed him some pics of my friends and he looked interested in 2 of them. I asked him if he would like me to find out if they are single (dont know why I said that).. he suddenly got really excited and said yes! and asked me to get their phone numbers too. Now I feel really bad. he says he's not ready to get into anything now and then he gets all excited and eager with these girls. The least he can do for me is say no to me and then ask me for my friends' details... right? Also, over the past few days, I've noticed he looks at me 4 longer time and his voice is sometimes softer when he talks to me. What's happening?? Please help.PS: I'm 25 n he's 30

My sister is a 47 year old drug addict that frequently abuses perscription pain medication. She lives at my mother's house with her daughter. She has not had any job for over 2 years. Before that she only had a part-time job and has NEVER paid rent in this time. She has resided at my mother's house with her daughter for about 9 years under these conditions. My sister threatens to never let my mother see her grandaughter again if she is forced to leave. She also threatens to kill herself and her daughter. I have called the police on her a number of times. She somehow manages to never go to jail, and never get out, and never get a job. She is driving my poor mother into poverty. What can I do?

my boyfriend plays computer with his friends til late at night. i dont want him to play during weekend because it is the only time we could spend together. i have classes during weekdays and we dont get a lot of time because i need to study too. i'm just worried about the time because it's running to fast and we only have 9 more months to be together coz il be migrating next year. P.S (we dont see each other often. maybe only once a month? because nobody knows our relationship.) it's kinda hard for us because we don't see each other though we are just in the same city and yet we only have 9 months to be together and he puts his attention in playing computer. do i have the right to get mad?
