Why do people feel they can have kids but not get married first? I feel so sorry for children these days. They don't want to make a commitment to get married but they will have a child with someone that they will have to deal with for the next 18 years. I just don't get it.

My boyfriend and I have a 1 yr old daughter. I just found a hotel receipt in his pocket ( I obviously was not in attendance to the hotel when he went, I was out of town). I have always suspected him of cheating, but now it is confirmed and I know it is over and I plan on moving out by the end of the month (he doesn't know I found the receipt yet). How do I accept that our child will not have us both there now. I think I was just hanging around for her. He is the best father (just a lousy boyfriend). I am crushed. I think I may be more embarassed than hurt. What do I do?

Ok heres the deal tell me what you think. My husband and I have been married 12 yrs. My sister in law just had a baby. They asked my husband and one of their friend to baptize the baby. While in the least it doesnt bother me my husband doesnt think its right being that we are married. I told him that its an honor they asked him he should not deney to do it. He feels them leaving me out is not a good thing. What do you all think? Was it right for them to ask him only even though we are all close or is he right in thinking they really dont consider me in being as close as we think?

My boyfrind and I have not had a normal relatonship. We are into a diffrent lifestyle ( BDSM) and I wanted to stop completley when I was pregnant, he did not. ( and he is suppose to be the sub) We started them up again and things went wel for a while . then recently I do want anything not even sex. He has started to compare me to his porn movies. when thids man does not get his way he guilt trips me into doing it and I am miserable. he nows it we stop doing our play time argue about then contiune. Right now my sex drive is gone, he doesn't get it I don't even want to masterbate . I have given so much and given up so much to be with this man and he does seeit , and he claims he is the one who gave up so much ( BULLSHIT) . what do I do?

My friend is engage to someone who will pretty much ruin her dreams of being the successful women she has worked so hard to be. She is an artist going to grad school with a huge future in front of her. He is a Jock/physical theraphy guy who has a child already from his first marriage, treats her like a daughter since he is older and is quite frankly a little dumb. They met only a few months ago and now she is engage to him. She is crazy about his daughter but is having doubts of responsibilites that she is going to have to go through. No one I have talk to likes him. They think she is ruining her chances for the career she wants. I think since this is her first big time boyfriend she is a little carried away with the whole thought of marriage. How can I be truthful to her without making her mad a me and the rest of us that dont think this will work. Its her life I know but the red lights are flashing of STOP don't go their. Any advise?

it started 4 months ago me and him were in love. Nothing could break us apart then when he started having problems with his family i always make him better. His mom was in deep **** and he was always in the middle of it but he is trying to help. The next thing he broke up with me cuz he thought i did not trust him but i always did with all my heart. 4 weeks later after we broke up 5 days before he got killed he was looking for me and he was in a hurry everybody sayed he wanted to talk to me about his mother and his mother's boyfriend. i was not there i was at my ouse but he could't reach me and i could't reach him. then he finnaly got a hold of me then he said "whatever happens me just remember u always my heart I luv u" my BF told me that my ex got stabbed in the head and shot in the back. tears swell. for hours i started crying and i keep repeating to myself he is gone 4 ever but his memories are kept with me 4 ever. I luv him and 4 ever i will. I luv u DERICK LACKEY 4 EVER!!!

My 50 something yr. old uncle got full custody of his 18 month old daughter. The mother signed over all her rights. He drives a truck for a living. I keep her while he's gone. Hre only comes in and sees her for a day or two each week. One time it was only for 3 hours. I have two boys already and she hears them call me momma so she has started to also. Is that appropriate? Oh and I have rights to her. If something happens to him, I get full custody.

I have been on and off with my boyf for 4 years. Everytime we go to take our relationship one step further he runs a mile, because this has happened in the past I had learnt not to push him into anything but when he wants to get a place together, we start making plans then the next thing he runs off again. I dont get it. We have now been split up for a few months and now we are not officially together but now he's slowly working his way back into my life again!!
