The man I am with> Mike, who i have been with for years (moved here 1 year ago, but have been chatting for 3 total) I love him very much, but he is becoming emotionally abusive, in his own words. We are becoming a little less compatable every day.
The other man> Ian. I've been talking to Ian as friends for about 7 months. ish. We get along great. I enjoy his company, when its the only thing i actually do enjoy lately. But he lives in Australia, and is married.

I don't want to be alone. I don't want to stay in a relationship that is abusive. I also don't want to fool around with a married guy. But then again, I want to stay with Mike and I want to go with Ian. I'm very torn.

Now, I have an oppurtunity for a kick-a** grad school program where Ian lives, in Australia. But then again, I love Mike, and Ian is married, and I would only be his mistress. Initally any way. So, this is a real conundrum.

Ian or Mike, opinions?

when most guys have friends over for a game or maybe just hang out, they tend to order their girlfriends around by telling them to "make some sandwich for me and the guys, will ya hon." or "Babe while your are up, bring me a cold one will ya" and the girl isnt even out of her chair!! Why wont he just get his lazy butt up and get it himself?!?!

A few weeks ago(during school) i walk up to my ex. Seeing that he was talking 2 a friend of his who i started becoming friends with. (So you guys know my ex knew i used to like this friend of ours) and so he acted kinda weird with me so i hugged this friend of ours like i do every morning before 2nd hour. Suddenly my ex makes this face like what is she doing. He tells me '' o so its like that?'' and ive been asking him since that day why it bothered him so much if he knew it was just a friend-hug. My wife and I love, respect, and value one another greatly, but we have had some marital problems. We saw a counselor recently who recommended that we try a role-reversal for 30 days by letting my wife lead the relationship, and I submit to her decisions. I've been married to my husband for 2.5 years. He has 3 children from his first marriage. The oldest is 21 and recently had a baby, making my husband a young grandfather. I'm looking for a name the baby can call me other than "grandma". I want something cute as well as something that doesn't make me sound old or feel old. I'm only 39 and my youngest child is 2 years old. I hardly feel old enough to be a grandmother in the first place. Any suggestions?

She was once my best friend, but things went wrong, she started to spread crazy rumour about me to our other friends, like I chased some guy, I'm jealous of her and I had STD....She makes fun of me by setting me up with guys I obviously won't like...She will make a big deal about I accidentally step on her feet , .. I didn't mind the making fun of me part but once I learned about the rumours and get really upset confronted her and stop talking to her , so did my other friends.

After a year, I bump into her a few times and we said hello, and she acted all nice and called me a few times. I'm not used to turning away from people when they say hello, if you know what I mean

Now that she's getting married and invited me to her wedding, I wish her happiness and hope she has changed. But I don't feel like going to her wedding. Should I go ? what would you do?
