What's so great is that the love of your life is there whenever you need him or just want to talk ...My husband is the most wonderful man , so full of love not only for me but for my children and his...We both have an extended family now and I would never do anything to change that...He is supportive and understanding and is there whenever I need him and I for him ...You have to not only love your spouse but he can be your best freind too ..Marriage is what you make it , if you want it to work then you have to make it work by , understanding and most of all Trusting !! Without Love and Trust ..you don't have a marriage ..You just have two people living together with a paper that says they are married

There is alot that is great about being married. Becoming one with that person in body and mind and one flesh! Companionship and devotion to each other through sickness and health and good times and bad til death do you part! Spending time together doing fun things and growing old together and not alone! Loving and being loved in and out of bed.

this only applies when you marry a great person who is in it for life:
The fact that you have a constant friend, who loves you and cares about you. Someone who builds you up and does everything in their power to inspire to you be a better person. Oh and things like sex- since you should be married to before that occurs.
Those are just a few things. The list goes on.

Everything. I am married to my first love, the only man that I have ever loved and the father of my children. I am married to the man that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I am married to my best friend. I am married to the man that I want to grow old with. I know that my marriage is not perfect but it is good enough for me. marriage is what you make of it and I am making the best of it at this point.

Knowing that someone is always at home waiting for you. Having someone next to you when you wake up in the morning. Having someone to talk to, hold, and make a family with. I just loveeee my husband, and kids, eventhough he's such an a** to me, i love being with him.
