The man I am with> Mike, who i have been with for years (moved here 1 year ago, but have been chatting for 3 total) I love him very much, but he is becoming emotionally abusive, in his own words. We are becoming a little less compatable every day.
The other man> Ian. I've been talking to Ian as friends for about 7 months. ish. We get along great. I enjoy his company, when its the only thing i actually do enjoy lately. But he lives in Australia, and is married.
I don't want to be alone. I don't want to stay in a relationship that is abusive. I also don't want to fool around with a married guy. But then again, I want to stay with Mike and I want to go with Ian. I'm very torn.
Now, I have an oppurtunity for a kick-a** grad school program where Ian lives, in Australia. But then again, I love Mike, and Ian is married, and I would only be his mistress. Initally any way. So, this is a real conundrum.
Ian or Mike, opinions?
