when a guy which i didn't know him comes to me and talk to me(expecially a cute guy and older than me) i will scared and my heart beet (i don't know how to spell) will go faster..how can i avoid this?

Always dress your best when you are in public. You'll never know when a guy approaches you. You were probably nervous. when a guy approaches you it is hes job to start a confersation and it is your job to keep the confersation going. When ever you get approached by a guy again just ask him a question (it doesn't matter about what you ask, just as long as you ask something will be good),and it will absolutely be breath taking. be really aware of it and tell yourself its ok to be nervous. then tell yourself its ok to just kick back a couple of gears, believe me with practise this truly does work. i think we all have our fears its finding a way to not make them so obvious. good luck.
