When we are together, how should I start off...should I lead him on or should I just kiss him? He's kind of shy so I think that maybe I should just go for it...we have never made out but we have kissed on the lips so I think I will get kind of nervous to kiss him even though I know both of us want to.

should I ask him if he wants to try or should I just wait for him to do it...lol, I feel like he is kind of bein a whimp and wants me to make the move....as I have all the others.

Kiss him. Then, place your hand on his knee. If he doesn't respond to that, take his hand and place it on your breast. If he doesn't respond to that, he's gay. You should dump him. If he does respond to that, nature will take its course.
