Everybody talking about global warming forgetting to fund an important issue which is impacts with a comet or an asteroid colliding with Earth wiping out all forms of life including humanity as this happened a long time ago to Mars whom thousands of craters proved that comets impacts have killed it and maybe wiped out an advanced ancient extra-terrestrial civilization which have left its fingerprints on Cydonia . Isnt this issue more important to study and fund than global warming myth?

I'm writing a research essay and I'm having trouble getting started. A three point thesis is required for the paper.

This is what I have for the moment:

The U.S. should sign the Kyoto Protocol because it helps protect the environment, promotes environmental education and can lead to the development of alternate energy resources.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks!

before they give a smart-ass answer? I asked whether anyone knew if there was anything RENEWABLE in their car, and qualified it by saying "NOT recyclable". Recycling is an established process. This was to point out that we are (not so) slowly but surely running out of finite resources, and we'll do that well before any new coal or oil is reconstructed by the planet - if it ever is. Any comments on this?

Would it make sense (spelt wrong?) if Greenland has a short winter, Greenland once had a warm climate, most plants are able to survive in cold weather, or that plants might have been brought there from places with tropical climates? 1, 2, 3, or 4? Answers are greatly appreciated! ;)

Ethanol has a flashpoint of 55 degrees f. Can Back fires - or Flash fires occur if Ethanol is used as a gasoline additive? The fumes at the pump could be a problem as well as an the use of cell phones in conjunction with Ethanol. I have witnessed more than one explosion with regards to Ethanol and cell phones. One occured on a Military base possibly Fort Benning and another occurred on a race track in Florida. Am I wrong about my concerns with regards to Ethanol?

I'm looking to build or demo a solar oven for an upcoming event (in August in California, so I'm sure lack of sun won't be an issue). Anyone know how long it takes to cook say, burgers and veggie burgers? Can you lease them or demo them from anywhere? I'm totally new to the solar cooking experience.

Someone tell me again how using fossil fuels contribute to global warming. But, they had better offer proof that inhabitants of Mars are doing the same thing.

Scientists have recently discovered global warming on Mars due to dust storms. I think we should Put ALgore on the next shuttle and send him to Mars to present a power point presentation to the Martians.

This is obviously a result of the Martians uncontrolled use of SUV's.

Wait a minute. This just in. There are no SUV's on Mars, yet they still have global warming. Kind of blows a few holes in Al's theory about earth's global warming doesn't it.
