I'm fully in agreement with the idea that human emissions of carbon dioxide are the cause of global warming. I'm still amazed that there are reputable scientists out there that continue to cast doubt about what is no longer debatable. I'm not interested in hearing from more sceptics...I already know your talking points. I'd like to hear from the more astute among you who actually know what you're talking about. What's the dealio with these rebels? Are they true believers or simply pathological contrarians?

is the atmosphere like an air tank and if you add more it would let off the amount it wouldn't hold into space or can it hold alot more. can earth's gravity help the atmosphere hold more air? what would happen to people if there was alot more air in the same mixture/composition that is in already? if you have any links that would be great. thanks : )

scientific evidence shows that sunspot activity is the cause,
and that carbon dioxide levels actually fell during the onset of 20th century industry.
astronomical data on pluto and mars and jupiter's storms also indicate the sun as the primary driver ...
is this about taxation or is it about science ?

I'm just wondering why some states and countries don't use daylight saving time. For example in the united states, Arizona and Hawaii don't use it but the question is why don't they use it? After all, it does save energy.

i have collected a lot of the things that you take off the top of the coke cans and i was wondering where i could recycle them in exchange for money. is there a place in Austin that I could go to? How much is each piece? Its not the can, its the part that you twist to open the can. I don't know what its called.

My Science Class is watching "The Inconvenient Truth" with Al Gore. So to all of those who've watched it...Is it true? isn't it scary? My teacher says he usually watches and hears about people saying things like this but their statistics are all wrong, but he said this movie is " wicked true ". It creeps me out! He talks about the polar bears and other animals going extinct, and about all the glaciers melting, and also about the artic and greenland breaking off and melting and causing a 20ft raise in ocean level. Its so creepy. I'm pretty sure its true, but the information seems so drastic.
