then provide the source of your data and interpretation of that data in relation to the other things affecting earth's climate -- not just isolated facts. (Do not quote Al Gore's movie.)

Obviously some of you are not really thinkers:

1. Not ALL scientists agree with the theory;
2. Just because a large organization officially supports one position does not mean every scientist in that organization supports that position;
3. In the past official scientific groups have supported "the earth is flat", "the earth is the center of the solar system", "man cannot exceed 25-30 miles per hour", etc. so the fact that a scientific group supports a position doesn't prove it's true;
4. The EPA cannot even figure out (after billions of taxpayers dollars, and decades of study) how to fix some "Superfund" sites or what exactly the problem is with those sites, so why would you use them as a credible reference?

I live in Ottawa, Ontario CANADA and have only very recently come to this very interesting deduction. I think I need to see a Dr. specializing in lime disease; but I am most interested in sharing and hearing your experience and knowledge. It is actually quite interesting and fascinating. I think "WE" could make excellent use of an at least on line chat group.

I have been reading up on Haarp and microwave/ionization technology asking myself if manipulating our ionosphere is why our planet is changing at such a fast pace. If these projects change the ions to allow better communication (cell phones, satellites, etc), wouldn't they also change the Sun's rays on us?

The blades of most large wind turbines I have seen seem to spin at about 60hz and as they are 100+ ft in diameter means the tips of the blades are moving at quite high speed. This generates significant noise and the opertunity for hitting birds, which are both givent as common objections to building wind turbines.

Does anyone know why the blades need go at high speed - couldn't just as much power be generated if the blades were built with a higher gearing so it took more effort for each rotation - a bit like trying to ride a bicycle in high gear.

we are constantly trying to find the cause/solution to global warming. surely it is obvious that the real reason has nothing to do with cars or factories or CFC's or any of that stuff, but with the shear volume of consumers of that stuff!!

There are just too many people on the planet and yet we are consantly being asked to save these starving people and those drowning people and give more money to cure this that and the next disease. why ae we trying so hard to save everyone when we are running out of space to put everyone.

Are we just scared to admit that death is a very important and nessecary part of life?

The power plant that is in the press as being the largest polluter in the U.K. How much power does it supply us. When it is dicommissioned, would it be worth building a wind power alternative. If one wind turbine cost £2million, would it be feasible to build turbines instead of a brand new power station and would the power output be the same, pound for pound?
