I always thought they taught this stuff in sex education class in high school or before? I learned about pregnancy and such long before they ever had sex education in school. I guess it is true, that kids today don't listen or learn in school any more?

k right now im going nuts lol... tmr will be my first day and today my hearts been beating really fast thinking about it. the hwole summer i was like it should be ok but now its really happening. itss like... the feeling that i get at the top of a roller coaster drop... and tmr morning itll feel like how it feels going down the drop. really nervous. need some reassurance... lol please and thanks

I go for 8 hours a day and then come home and do homework until 3 in the morning then wake up at 6. And still don't get all of my homework done and get yelled at the next day for not having it done. Do they think we have nothing else to worry about besides school?!?!

Okay, well this is kinda a stupid question but oh well. I start high school as a freshmen tomorrow and I have to walk to school. No one initiates people at my highschool any more because if they do they get 3 months detention. but now im thinking, what I get initiated on my way to/from school? like off school grounds, do you think this would happen? and could the person still get in trouble if they did? idk maybe im just being paranoid lol.

My friend and I sneaked into the boys toilets and flooded them by turning all the taps on, thinking the boys would get the blame. Unfortunately as we were coming out we bumped straight into the Headmaster. We got the cane.

I am against them as they are in our school district. I have a 6 year old boy, and the school tells me I have to dress him in a uniform because it 1) provides a safer environment for our children, 2) it doesn't allow children to distinguish who has money and who doesn't, and 3) because it is less expensive for me as a parent. I can almost agree with the first one because some items of clothing can easily conceal weapons or identity, but the school also tells me that this will help to identify those that do not belong in the school. And then they publish this uniform dress code on the internet. Duh! And I strongly disagree with the other two points. I think there is nothing wrong with kids knowing who is well-off and who is not. It's called life, and if we try to level the playing field when kids are young, will they expect that's how life will be when they get older? And as far as saving me money, I spent about 6 times more for kindergarten clothes than I spent the previous year.
