Okay, well this is kinda a stupid question but oh well. I start high school as a freshmen tomorrow and I have to walk to school. No one initiates people at my highschool any more because if they do they get 3 months detention. but now im thinking, what I get initiated on my way to/from school? like off school grounds, do you think this would happen? and could the person still get in trouble if they did? idk maybe im just being paranoid lol.

I think you are just a little nervous about starting high school (I'm going into 8th grade tomorrow, last year before high school, scary) and I know next year I will be but I don't think we have initiations at our school.
As for your question, I would say if they do initiate you even off the school grounds, you should tell someone and see what happens. Good luck!

If anyone lays a hand on you on your way to or from your high school and they are a student at your high school, yes, they will be culpable (guilty) of endangering your well-being in so far as physical and psychological harassment goes and will be subject to the school consequences thereof.

WOOOOOOW I WISH MY SCHOOL HAD THAT POLICY THEN IT WOULD BE ALOT BETTER. AND FOR UR QUESTION YES THEY CAN GET INTO TROUBLE. BUT FOR U JUST DOONT TAKE TO ANYONE AND STAY BY UR SELF. DO TRY TO GET INVOLVED INTO ANYTHING. JUST STAY CALM AND COOL DONT GET ANYONES ATTENTION.
