Your grades are a little low. If your high school has higher standards than most, then they might be OK, but nowadays, a 3.7 GPA is probably either barely, or not even, in the top 10% of the class.

Your extracurriculars are all over the place, and you have a lot of things with only one year. You need to learn how to trim your list to things that are genuine achievements - otherwise you look like the stereotypical student trying to pad the list of extracurriculars to compensate for grades that aren't quite up to their standards, and admissions officers see right through that. For example, traveling to France just shows your family has money.

Do I think? Maybe. You can be a perfect student with 10,000 hours of extracurriculars and volunteer hours. Although if you cannot write an essay for your application you will not get in. It doesn't matter who you are it matters on your ability to give effort.

You never can tell, they often look for the strangest things when picking a student.

Something like 1,100 kids with PERFECT SAT scores got turned down by Harvard this year.
