I want to transfer to a different school. My reason for wanting to do so is this: my current school does not offer JROTC. I plan on inlisting in to the Air Force soon after I get out of school. I feel the JROTC program would help me get prepared (in some ways) for enlisting. The school I want to attend is only about 28 minutes (about 18 miles) away, The school I currently attend is about 15 minutes away. Help?

I may be moving to from Canada to Arizona, and don't like the fact my youngest son would have to wait another full year to attend kindergarten, as states must be 5 by Aug 31, whereas in Canada it's by Dec 31. Is there an alternative? Have I been given some false info?? Please help.

I am in Sophomore year in highschool, I have a 2.7 gpa. Is there any hope for me to get into a good college? The colleges I am looking at are University of Virginia and Univ of NorthCarolina and Occidental College.

Is it hopefull? ANd if I really crack down Junior year and this last quarter in sophomore, can I bring myself of to a better GPA?

I'm a freshman in high school and we recently started a creative writing unit and we get to pick our own topics but i'm having trouble thinking of an interesting topic. They're just building up a society of unnaturally intro/extroverted children that think work should be avoided at all costs. I'm in year7 and i just was quiet and thought about the world and suburbia and all that and i just found it really sadistic of the schools to do this? Both my Mum and my Dad enjoy their work, but when i was 9 years old and they told me this, i remember laughing out loud at the concept of work being enjoyable! School work has nearly nil/TOTALLY nil to do with real life work!

The words, 'Character' 'Tact.' 'be yourself' all crop up and seem to come to the same conclusion; OBEDIENCE! If thats what i am as a character, i wan't nothing to do with it! And 'Tact.' Means Tactful, meaning the opposite to clumsy, how does THAT have anything to do with obedience?

We have no enemy but ourselves to fight, so push each other down the chain or ladder to popularity (as i mentioned in an earlier question) simply because we can't be bothered to work!

Whats the real point?
