My Eca's are that I am the editor-in-chief for a news website, I am an avid fencer(sword fighting), I golf, play guitar, Pre-Law and Pre-Med clubs as well as the technology club.

And if anyone could post specific names of colleges that would accept me granted my still low grades, please do.

Of course you can bring your GPA up, start doing your work and find theexact problem of your low GPA. Theres no magical way to bring it up. The responsibility lies purely on you and your ethics. Also, what sort of extracurricular activities are you in? Having some would help. If your trend stays at that GPA and you end up doing nothing outside of school, dont bother with UVA.

Just keep working hard and try to bring your GPA up. You still have two more years to do so, so it is acheivable. I would recommend getting involved in school activities, community service etc., because those look good when applying. I would also consider taking an SAT or ACT prep class and working really hard to do well on those tests. When you are applying write an excellent essay and have a teacher proof it for you. And don't be dissapointed if you don't get in. You can go to community college your first year or two, and if you do well there you will likely get accepted to the colleges you are hoping to get into.

I have a friend that was in the same situation, but she kicked it up her Junior year and now she is in classes with me and our other friends.. (Highschool College Classes), and she plans on attending Austin Peay with us. Just work hard and as long as you can get something your happy with you should be okay.. most schools don't require too much to get in, but it's the SCHOLARSHIPS that kick you in the butt!!! I only have a 3.5 and I'm not getting my hopes up for anything.

you do have time to bring up your gpa, but colleges look at much more than just gpa. SAT/ACT scores and extracurricular activities can make up somewhat for a so so GPA.

You still have time to bring it up, but you have to work to do so, and you can still go to some colleges with those grades, I don't know about those specific ones, you would have to ask them

umm, first, you better start working harder, because I really doubt that you'll be able to go to a good collage. Collages that are advance requires ADVANCE students, so you ave a slim chance, unless your GPA improves
