I used to be so fun and social, but now that i started high school im afraid to talk to anyone.Is this some 'phase' of growing up?

There are times when i'd be hanging out with some people but when their friends would come a long, i'd kind of feel left out. Sometimes i have no clue what to talk about and what to say. I am a very open person, but lately, because of this, i have been feeling really shy-this is a side of myself i have never seen before. Do you know of any icebreakers or topics that i could bring up? With anybody?

My idea is to study and read every night (school nights). Then I will practice the guitar and stay away from music and whatever until the weekend. Give me any other tips of what will keep me focused on school. Later.

Did anyone attend Good Shepherd in the Inwood section of Manhattan? I graduated in 87 (attended 79-87). I went to the reunion they had in 2000 at Manhattan College. Great time, although majority of people there were my parents age!

My friend is christian and has an 11 year old son. How can he prevent him from masturbation? And also his 9 year old sister?
Any ideas how the kids can learn fast not to masturbate themselves?

I am taking my kids to Disney World and I will have to pull my 5 year old out of school.

My parents and my Mother in Law are not very happy about this, but it is the only way I can afford to do everything that we want to do.

Should I get his homework and ask his teacher to make up a schedule so he can keep up or just forget about it and let him deal with it when we get back?

He went to a very good pre-school, and is way ahead of the other kids in his class, so I am not really worried about him missing out on anything critical.

I hate school. I use to be a A & B student. Now I'm in freshman year getting C's and D's. I dont know whats wrong with me. It's VERY hard to get me to do homework (As I speak I have homework due). I think its because im addicted to playing video games on the computer. I always seem to be doing that instead of homework. Also, I feel very pressured and nervous at school. Has this happened to anyone? If there anyway to motivate me to do homework? Im begging for help. God bless anyone who helps me out.
