I live in spain and had a job interview for an english speaking nursery today,It went very well but they want to see me interacting with the children before they give me the job.I am a very shy person and havent had any experience working with children everyone has to start somewhere right? They have asked me to prepare something to do with the children for two hours and i have no idea what i can do with spanish speaking 2 and 3 year olds.I really dont want to look stupid in front of the other teachers as im not a teacher they need a nursury helper thats what they want from me. please help and if you have any ideas what i can prepare to make a good impression...... thankyou for any ideas you put forward....

I was wondering since I got a college degree in Ma for early childhood education. Yet i am thinking of moving to Pa. Is my degree good there too or can i only use it in Ma?

Last night I sang rock a bye baby & my son had his first bed wetting accident & I realized this may have to do with singing him a song with the word baby in it. Also I dont like the message it sends. Is there any songs that dont refer to him being a baby & without negative story lines?

I would like my son to get best education, but I am also concerned about money. My son is now 2 years old. I am wondering I should send him to the private school(or daycare) now or wait until 3 years old(My son is now with his grandma at home)? My concern is whether 3-year-old is too late for eary education? Thanks!

What is the best method to get a 2 year old to use the toilet and not the diaper? I heard using vinegar makes them not do it but I have never heard of this before and want to know if anyone else has done it and does it work and is it safe to give children spoons of vinegar?
