Higher Education (University +) - January 2007

Has any applied to Vet school and gotten in without getting a bachelors degree? I know they have the option of just getting a certain amount of required credits (like 60) and the apply and get an interview.

I'd like to go to a houston college or university. My school funding is through a private organization that will only support me abroad if the degree plan is currently not offered in Canada. Does anyone know of what degrees canada does not offer but that the US does?

this is my last semester at the community college. I'll be transfering to Boston University this fall and I'm having second thoughts on my career... I first wanted to be a psychologist/Child Psychiatry . but everyone says that I'm making a huge mistake cause I'm never going to find a job and the pay is not so good.

Any advice?

The bus is cold, the butterflies are overcoming me, and my iPod is playing the Beastie Boys getting me pumped up. We are on our way Bishop Hendricken High School to play in the division one championship of Rhode Island volleyball. I am the starting setter and the captain of the team, my mood, pace, and attitude sets the tempo of the team. The coach has told me many of times if I want this championship its mine. My first year I did fine but last fall I burned out and stopped going to classes. Everything was just too repetitive, felt like I wasn't even learning anything. Is there some way to only transfer my first year's grades? I think the answer is no but is there some way around this?

I am planning on taking the MCAT in a year or so. Due to personal issues I have been out of school for a couple years while working full time. I know I will need to hit the books hard in bio, chem, o chem, and physics to review for the MCAT. I don't want to pay $1400 for a Kaplan or Princeton review course. I know it is only the first day of class and I not one that likes to quit but i having problems. First i have a professor that is from a foreign country and I cant under stand him.We were doing factoring problems and I had no clue what we were doing he was just writing all over the board.
