can anyone give me a list of the world's best universities for computer science?

I'm specifically looking at USA, Australia, UK and Singapore. I want to do a PhD in networking. I've already applied to some in the US, but can't find much ranking information for the other countries. I'm definitely looking for assistantships/grants/funding.

I don't know about other countries, but MIT is supposed to be the best here.
