Use the internet to check US academic institutions and what their foreign student requirements are and what they offer in terms of financial aid/scholarships to foreign applicants.

The best thing to do if you can't cover your finance is to first determine what country you want to study abroad. Most western countries have programs in place at a federal level, and at the university level to finance those who want to study abroad but need financial help.

The safest bet is to contact all the universities that you are interested in and ask them about their financial program for studying abroad.

Good luck

You could try the British Council and they might have scholarships you could apply for. American universities, especially the big one often have very good scholarships so it would be worht applying for those as well. Go onto to internet and look at American Universities. You will need a very good standard of education but your English seems pretty good.
