this is my first time in college. I'm currently in a community college, wanting to transfer to a CSU or if possible UC. Could anyone explain to me what's the difference between an AA and AAS degrees? further more...I heard that most UC such as UCLA except mainly A's only....say I got a "D" in one of my classes will that affect me alot from transfering afterwards? Well I'm taking that class over again next time.

I want to learn as much as possible a become the best person I can be. I am 21 years old and go to college at night. I am make 80K a year at my job, but I am interested in learning. I own a home and live with my girlfriend. What would it be like if I quit my job and went to college full time? I want to get the best edjucation possible, what should I do!?

i know that to be a forensic pathologist, you'd have 2 go to med school...but then you'd also have 2 get an undergrad in forensic science...but does it matter if your forensic science concentrated on the lab analysis part instead of the pathology part? because, there are 2 schools that i'm interested in (i'm a sr in hs) and 1 has a forensic science degree w/ a concentration in forensic pathology while the other has no concentrations, and i don't know whch is better...so i kinda need help determining which school would be better career-wise

Okay, so i am pre-med.. i think. i am currently at a junior college i am transferring this fall to an university. i once read that if you plan on going to medical school you should take your mcats your junior year. But that is about all i know on how to go about this. my advisors at school suck and i cant seem to get any help from them so if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated!!!

I've barely passed my first 2 years of school, which was mostly lecture. But the clinical part (which began the 3rd year) is the one I'm doing real bad. I flunked the first quarter so I'm on probation. I'm close to getting kicked out.
