My opinion, stay in night classes. Take your time with the process. If you do go in full-time you have to consider a few things.
Have you made a set budget?
Is your g/f willing to support you if your financial aid and scholarship monies does not come in?
Will you be able to have a comfortable lifestyle that you both desire during this process?
Will you be able to have an emergency fund if something happens?

Yes you are still young and you have time, but if you want to go in all the way, are you willing to make a complete lifestyle change? Remember, for each unit of a class you are supposed to study an hour. If you are working and taking a class at a time, you can be devoted to one subject and do very well or be stretched thin with many. AND trying to make sure you have everything you need, like expenses, covered.

I am what you would call a poor college student, I have advised many of my friends to really look into their life and see if the sacrifice of college was worth it to them. Take your time in thinking about this venture. I would say, save a nice amount in your savings, and then take the last year of your college classes. You will have had a real break from work and have a degree in the end of it all. Just pray and see where God wants you to be.

May God bless you and your future.

Well, it really depends what do you want in your life. You only 21, earning 80K per year, own a home, if I were you I wont quit my job. Most of the time, the level of education doesnt match with the income. You stop working, go to college for a few years, then after you graduate, you will find yourself are far behind you peers who stay in their jobs. To me the experience is the most important thing that you can never learn at school. The best way to balance this is work full time and study part time. If you really just interested in learning, why dont you self-learning at home? However if you want to change your career, then you probably have to study full time.

You can't put a price tag on your dreams in life. If you want to go back to school then go for it. If you can put away some money to get you by until you get a degree then that's what I would do. If you got a job making 80k without a degree, then most likely you could find a better job with a degree. If you girlfriend really wants to be with you then she will stick it out with you while you are in school. If you have the means then don't not go because you may regret it later.

If the company has an education allowance for their employees you may want to consider it. That way you can bring home some money and pay for school at the same time. If not I would tough it out for one more year and get your degree. Also, you should be able to get a job paying a bit more than that without a degree doing something that has a career path. I would only take the job if I absolutely had to.

I would pray about it, then decide. But what I am thinking you should do though, is stick with the good job and continue to go to college at night, untill you save up enough money for you both to live on for several years, as well as enough money to pay for the entire amount of college you want to go for, and have some money put into fairly secure investments and savings for emergencies over the next 4-6 years. If at the point where you have all the credit cards paid off and have saved up 4-6 years' worth of bill, food, gas, entertainment, romance, gifts, medical, clothing, emergency, and other-expenses money... if at that point you still want to quit the job... then do so and go to college full-time. (With a good job like that though, I would maybe try to convince them to let me stay on part-time at the job!)
