I am a senior in high school and i'm preparing to go to college. The problem is, I don't know what I want to do with my life. I don't know what to study. People tell me just to do something that I like but I'm not really fond of any school subjects really. I mean marketing, adverstising, spanish, and science ar ok but I am absolutely NO GOOD at math. Like I have barely passed all my math classes. So what's left out there for me?

I'm so confused about what I want to be when I get older.

My original plan was to be a doctor, but many people have said that it will be hard and take long, so I'm not so sure anymore.

I also wanted to become a writer, but I really don't think I have a future in that career.

My strongest subjects are probably Math, Science, History, Religion, and English. I don't really have an interest in anything in particular though.

I kinda like helping people and giving advice. I don't want a career where I have to study for too long though. I'm a procrastinator -_-"

I don't want to be responsible for anybody's safety, and I don't think I have a lot of confidence.

I absolutely adore animals, but I don't want to become a vet because I'm scared of operating on animals (I'd probably make a mistake cause I'd be too nervous.)

Am I totally hopeless, or is there a job that I would want for the rest of my life?

Thank you! ^_^

I know when it comes to learning, You are learning every day, but.... how is it possible to move on and stop of thinking about some mistakes you've done (due to rush, not enough time, lack of knowledge etc) than in the end cost you more than you could ever thought in the academic life and like everyone says some chances and opportunities only come around once.
As you can't turn back time what can you do?

I have received offers from both universities. Both are close to my home. Which one is a better quality university (I'm going to study one of the fields in social sciences)? Do those universities have a Royal Charter from the Privy Council? Are the lecturers of those universities graduates of prestigious universities? Was any of those universities involved in any scandal? How do they treat students? Which one is the most respected amongst the academic community? Which one of those is most likely to raise people's eyebrows after I graduate (in a positive way, of course)?

My school is in Nicaragua, Latin America and it doesnt offer any extracurriculars. The only classes, out of school, are Art or foreign languages which already started. Do i still have a good chance of getting into college/university? A good one? My GPA is around 4.0 or higher.

I applied to Chapman University via early action

and they requested my fall term grades

is this necessarily a bad or good thing because in fact people have already been rejected

does this mean they are at least considering me?

Ok, I plan on entering college Fall of 2007. I am going to major in either Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Which school would you choose and why? I am leaning towards OU, but people have told me OSU has a better engineering program. I am looking for some real world experience here.

My daughter is an exceptional clarinetist, of distinction enough that I believe she could receive significant scholarship help to supplement our meager means and attend an Ivy League university. On which Ivy League school could she best set her sights?

In the shortest amount of time and still be able to work a job to pay off the school in the same time to avoid the loans.
I was seriously sick since I was 14 with gastroporesis and several other things(not enough room to list). I am now at 20 just getting back on my own feet and because I've already missed such a large chunk of my life want to get my education done quickly so I still have time to enjoy young adulthood.
