My school is in Nicaragua, Latin America and it doesnt offer any extracurriculars. The only classes, out of school, are Art or foreign languages which already started. Do i still have a good chance of getting into college/university? A good one? My GPA is around 4.0 or higher.

Sure, but remember that grades on a 4.0 scale mean that 4.0 is the highest - you can't get higher, or it's meaningless. Colleges don't want weighted grades. That means that an A+ is the same as an A.

If there aren't any clubs at your school, either try to start one or look outside of school for something to do. Do you volunteer? Do you work? Do you help out local families or hospitals or shelters? Do you tutor friends or siblings? Any of those could count.

If you have ankle problems then any sport or marching wouldn't be good for your ankle. I would suggest one sport a semester since you really want to do extracurricular activites. You should do soccer and track. I went to a high school where the band was not good and it was not as good as experience as i would have liked it to be. I am not very good at playing music and i never got any better because mostly everyone was WOrSE than me. Of course, the music teacher might single you out and give you more praise than the rest and will most likely also give you a solo to play, but it might be frustrating for you. It was for me since most didn't try. There were about 3 kids who played really well and could play many instruments but the rest pfff. So, my suggestion is to maybe try for marching band or soccer your first year also with basketball and track if you want and if you don't like it and want to try something else, do the thing that you didn't do (marching band or soccer) the next year. Good luck.

Extracurricular activities need not be sponsored by the school. You can still play sports at local clubs or churches. You can still volunteer at the Red Cross or with political campaigns. You can still tutor younger children.

Be creative.

Sure you do. You can list anything you do in activities outside of school such as church or scouting.
