i am currently in yr.11 and i have applied to colleges, i have chosen to study biology, chemistry, furhter maths and psychology. (hope those are good choices) But after college what do i choose to study at uni, i would like to know becos i have IMPORTANT college interviews on tuesday i would like to talk bout my choices after a level to impress them. I just want to play college basketball and have no intention of going pro, so i cant afford to miss classes of the course i have taken.

SUPPOSE i get selected by one of the colleges to play for them, then would i be missing classes? if yes then how many? will i be able to catch up on missed classes?

I attend a small liberal arts college in South Carolina. I am an Education major and have noticed that most of the Professors go to church and they talk about religion in the classroom constantly. They assume that all education majors attend church and they make comments about how they like to see the Ten Commandments hung up in a school. I feel that this is ridiculous. I was taking a course on the child, families, and communities and all the professor and the other students talked about was religion (Christianity) and how they can judge a school when they first walk in it. Some even suggested that Title I schools were "bad" schools and anything above that was a "good" school. I feel very strongly about this but was afraid to speak up for fear of being ostracized. What do I do? They are warping the minds of future teachers.

I'm wanting to go to school for a pharmacy tech. and have tried finding as much resoure on finding the right school.but I've had no kind of luck. I live here in Tx. So if their is someone out their that lives here or has taken classes on this similar field I would greatly appreciate it.I dont want to go to a university college or college it cost to much and time consuming .I would like to graduate in less than 2 yrs .Does anyone know any schools that i can attend? My parents are broke. My grades aren't good enough to get me a scholarship. I'm going to gradutae this year and I won't go to college right after h.s.....how sad :( ............hahahaha just kidding, I'll find a way next year to get me in college. Just wanted to know how you all paid for it?

Please tell me the distances between the Medical School, Teaching Hospital, Veterinary farm, Veterinary Hospital and School of Vet-Med. If I ride a bike, how much time does it take to reach these four buildings?

I know there might be not only one teaching hospital in some schools, and the veterinary farm might be far away from the campus which school of veterinary medicine located.
Eg. the Cornell Medical School and School of Vet-Med are in different campus.
Please tell me the details, the more the better.
I want to find the university which these five places are closely located.

The following is that I want to check:
University of Pennsylvania
Purdue University
University of Illinois-Urbana

I'm high school graduated recently in Malaysia, now currently studying A Level. To be a vet's my only desire. I've found out that to study veterinary in University of Guelph,Ontario, I need at least Bachelor Of Science*major in Biology* to pursue the DVM(Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine).
Since I cant afford to study at Canada right after my A level,I would like to know is there any twinning programme for Bachelor Of Science*major in Bio*, in Malaysia for Canada? or New Zealand/Australia? I've researched but many colleges didnt offer this programme. I'm very disappointed, there seems no chance of me getting to be a vet,because I really want to treat animals. My last option's pharmacist, which i dont like very much. So, plz help me out, i really need it..

Let's say that the schools are kinda equal. I'm thinking of MSU in Ann Arbor - Mitchigan, Indiana University in Bloomingtoon or University of pittsburgh in Pittsburgh - Pennsylvania. I'm looking to attend the school of business in one of these universities. Not sure what to major in yet though. I have a bad college experience in Detroit, MI so which one is the safest, Most suitable for undergraguate studies and offer the best standard of living for a standard college-boy budget excluding tuition because I'm on a scholarship. Safety and friendly people are a MUST. I've had enough in Detroit lol.

I've been in college a few yrs now and I'm still unsure what I really want to do afterwards. I've chosen Accouting, cause I kinda liked it in the first Acct class I took.
