how should i apply for Massachusetts or California institute of technology?

i am in 3 yr btech from jamia millia. which exam i have to give for this.

For applying to these institutes..

You first need to send an application form [available online]
You need to qulify for either
TOEFL [Test Of English as a Foreign Language
or
EET [English Evaluation Test]
You will then have to undertake another test called
SAT [Scholastic Apptitude Test]

Then if you qualify,you will be called for an interview where they decide if you are eligible for training at the institute

I presume you're capable of writing better than this, right? Because MIT and Cal Tech are the toughest universities in the United States.

You'd probably have to take the SAT's, I imagine, or an equivalent overseas exam, plus write essays and submit your transcripts. Go to the school websites and check on admissions.
