The following link list all of the women's colleges in the US. It looks like there are only 28 left. The list includes links -- so you can go through them to see if they are Catholic or not. Looking at the list, my best guess is that 11 are Catholic colleges.

St Catherine's in St Paul, MN is the largest Catholic women's college.
