I got a friend looking to transfer from a school up north to a school in Florida. I just want to know, does anyone know if my credits will transfer, because my school up north runs the quarter system and the school I want to go to only uses the semester system. Whats the best way to find out if they will transfer?

if you think you have more than one unique quality then please share with me as i do think that because i think uniqueness is getting lost in the humans quest for just entertainment in life and try to escape from work(the ultimate key to success, happiness, uniqueness in life)

I've prayed on it, & I've talked to my high school counselor & my college counselor, & they've not help’d at all. I'm a 20 y/o sec’d year college student. I'm attend’g LASC. I just recently view’d "The Pursuit of H" & realiz’d, my life has no purpose. I HATE school, I always have & I just want to be done. My career of choice was teach’g but I doubt my choice b/c it seems fun, but teaching looks boring too. I like photography and writing. I'd like to write an advice column for a magazine, or shoot photos. I work’d as a photographer once at a theme park, and genuinely loved the innocence in a child’s happiness (candy, favorite cartoon character, photos to prove it and joy!) I LOVE work’g with children, I LOVE try’g to figure things out, like fix’g problems.Yet, I need to find out what I should be doing with my life. HELP PLEASE. How do I even begin to find out how to decide a career choice? My resume is pretty good. I’m a fast learner, & I have a sunny disposition. Anyth’g would help.

I'm thinking of pursuing a career in anthropology. That means at least four years of graduate school (probably more). Is it worth my time and money?

I owe 160 dollars before I can register for next semester at college. I have an Mp3 player that my aunt bought me for christmas... I'm also getting an Ipod worth 200 dollars. Should I keep the Ipod, or the Mp3 player and pay for my school with it?

I assume these are different than the people who are going to write my letters of recommendation. What sort of people should I choose to be references? Past employers, even if in a field different than what I'm wanting to study? Clergy? Congressmen?

I study things like business ethics, theory of motivation, promotion types etc... These things are very easy and can be regarded as common sense! Wouldn't it be better to study rocket science difficulty thing?

I graduated in 2002 with a BS in Marketing, 3.1GPA. I have been working marketing/business positions since. I have decided to pursue an abandoned dream of becoming a lawyer, with a specific interest in real estate. (Although I have worked for real estate companies the past 2.5 years, I have not had any exposure to the legal end of things.)
So - - my question is, do I have a chance of getting accepted into any schools? I have just begun my research process and would appreciate any feedback.
Thank you!

I am currently a high school senior. I have taken mostly all the important classes I need to take to graduate and fullfill my credit. I am planning to go to a community college for first 2 years and then transfer to another higher university later on after 2 years. I am really not quite sure about my major and I know I am the one who has to make the decision of choosing it. But, I am also certain that any of you can help me by telling me which one of those majors at the bottom will help me making big amount of money in the future. The majors I am interested in are-
1. business management
2. computer programming or science
3. Optical Doctor( don't know what subjects are available beside chemistry and biology)
4. music (instruments, band etc.)
4.
