I study common sense in the university! Is it a waste of time?

I study things like business ethics, theory of motivation, promotion types etc... These things are very easy and can be regarded as common sense! Wouldn't it be better to study rocket science difficulty thing?

you must take the classes of study required for your degree. You may think of changing your career goal if it seems boring. What is your career goal? It should be something you enjoy so much that you would do it even if you did not get paid. What is your answer? After all, you'll be doing that job for a long time.

There is never enough common sense in the world so studying about it is never a waste of time. However, if you want to study rocket science it doesn't make any sense to study about common sense - do you want to be a rocket scientist? By all means do it then.

For what? Do you have the potential to make the longer lasting rocket engine? If not, study what comes naturally to you, and that you can use in a non-saturated market.

And remember, common sense isn't common.

I think much of what is taught in the business world is common sense, if you really boil it down. We all have different prior knowledge, so what is common to you isn't common to me. Learning is not a waste of time, but bitching about it is!

You sound to me that you are at a crossroads in your studies. Perhaps it is time that you choose a different path.

Yes..Go ahead and do if you like to study something else. I kind of agree what you are studying is common sense. I studied business too, and I find that it is common sense too..
