Is withdrawing from a single class bad? I know you get a "W" on your transcript, but will that hurt me when I try to transfer or go to graduate school? I go to a junior/small 4-year college right now and plan on transfering to a large university to complete my engineering degree (I'm thinking about withdrawing from my english composition class).

Okay I know you aren't a school counselor (or maybe you are..) but I'm a sophmore and I have no real solid idea yet on what I'm going to have as a career or college. I'm in CA... and I do real good in creative arts and writing/language arts in general. I'm also interested in diseases and medicine/biology things like that. What kinds of careers are out there that require strengths in these areas? And what kinds of courses would I have to take for said courses more than likely?

Thank you!

I hear a lot about computer software grads and engineering grads getting really good jobs, but can an OPTION in CIS get me a information systems job? I like the idea of an IT Auditor(blend of accounting and CIS). The option in CIS is 24 units(like 6 classes). The option in accounting fullfils all requirements for the CPA exam.

I'm looking at colleges and would love to play sports at college, but not at a really hard-core school. I want something more relaxed. Would club or intramural be better? I'm pretty clueless.

Has anyone attended Loma Linda University? I'd like to know the pros and cons of going there? Any hints or tips about getting into the school? Do you think the fact that I'm not Seventh Day Adventist hinder my acceptance (the website says I won't, but I want to get the real answers)?
