If they accept you early and you're going to pay for it yourself, then yeah, you're probably in. Nice for the rest of us who need financial aid since the aid decisions don't come in until way after early admission. It's all a big scam designed to accept rich offspring of alumni and reject kids who are good students but don't have as much money to throw around.

It doesn't necessarily mean that you will get in...You have a better chance but if you do get in you have to go there, even if you find or get into a different school later that you like better. Personally i wouldn't recommend it unless you are 100% sure you want to go there.
