I'm thinking of pursuing a doctoral degree in anthropology, or history, or near eastern languages and civilizations (semitic cultures, basically - arabic, hebrew, akaddian, etc.). What are they going to look at most? I go to a top 10 liberal arts college, and I have a 3.63-ish GPA. What do I need to get into Yale Graduate School? Or Harvard? Or JHU? Or [insert name of any other college with top programs in those areas]?

I went to college from Fall 2005 to Winter 2006. I took 3 classes, and stopped going to them, therefore failing out. My GPA in high school was a 3.1 . I have had a full time job since December, and I realize I really need an education. I want to go back to school, but I don't know how to start. I will not be satisfied with going to a community college, I want to maybe start by going with continuing education at a large school, and then eventually becoming a full time student there.
