what's a good college in England for Psychiatry or Psycology?

i would like to go to school in England some where but i would like to get some input on where is good for my choice of education.

The University of Sheffield has a Psychology faculty.
Sheffield Uni has a good reputation and is particularly welcoming for overseas students.
Sheffield is a great place for students and many stay after their course is over, because it is such a nice, friendly place to live and so much to do in the city and in the countryside outside.
