I have an essay due where I have to show how the Literature, government, art and architecture, math/science and philosophy contributes to the western civilizations of today. I am currently attending a Community College because I had no clue what I wanted to be. I have really fallen into Geology and am looking at transferring. The school down the street from my college only has a BA program but I think it would be better to go for a BS. So my question is: Whats the difference between the BA and BS in terms of career opportunities.

I am currently working on my general education in community college and I am planning on transferring to a university next year. I am not sure whether I should pursue a bachelors, masters, PsyD, or PhD in psychology. I would like to take the fastest track out of college but I know career options are limited with a bachelors degree. I know that to do anything worthwhile, I would need a PhD or a PsyD and I heard that getting a PsyD is faster than a PhD, is this true? And if I were to pursue a PsyD, would I have to work my way up from a bachelors degree to masters to PsyD? I'm not sure how exactly a PsyD is achieved, could someone please explain this to me? Would I have to write a thesis? To me, the PsyD seems very appealing, but maybe it's because I don't know the details. Please help me out. Thanks.

I just got into Columbia University as a freshman and I'm going to have to decide which residence hall to apply to. I have a feeling that while they are all similar one or two of them are better than the others. Can any current Columbia students or alumni tell me which is their favorite building between Hartley-Wallach Living/Learning Center, Furnald, Carman, or John Jay? Thanks!

I have this worksheet for science, but this isn't in my textbook. I have to match these events to a geologic timeline. The choices are:

A. modern humans evolve, B. first multicellular organisms, C. land plants evolved, D. dinosaurs flourished, E. mammals evolved, F. large mammals evolved, G. marine reptiles evolved, H. dinosaur extinction, I. first vertebrates evolved, J. first shelled invertebrates.

The periods are:
Precambrian (this one isn't listed under an era)

Eocambrian, Cambrian, Ordovician, Silurian, Devonian, Mississippian, Pennsylvanian, and Permian (under the Paleozoic era)

Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous (under Mesozoic era)

Like there is a test for college students taking Chemistry called ACS, given to all chemistry students. I found this place who sells them, and study guides. I wanted to see last years tests to see what to study, and the study guide. But only way you get a copy is if your a teacher, so i said i was a proffesor . This organization is another state, and i wanted to see last years tests because there were no where to be found online or at school. I dididnt want this years tests ,just the year before. i also wanted the study guide to know what to focus mostly on. What can my school do to me if they found out i acted like i was a proffessor not even one that is from my school . Just made the name up, because i wanted to study. Will this be considered cheainting ? I never cheated in the class and never planned to , just wanted to see what the years before had, but every year they change the test anyway . All i did was use my brothers name and his CC to place an order. Used my brothers info.
