After getting any bachelor's degree, you go through 4 years of medical school, and 4-5 years of residency.

To the other answerers: A radiologist is a doctor. You are talking about a radiologic technologist.

No specific major is necessary to be a radiologist. Some schools have a program you can do for 2 years that gives you an associates degree to be a radiologist. Otherwise you could major in anything just take science and math classes

A lot of hospitals also have training programs, most lasting for two years. Initially it's just classroom training but after that it's a mix of on-job training and class work.
